This is a remote role with a fixed salary plus performance incentives, suitable for motivated candidates with strong English skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with prospective students through calls and virtual platforms
- Understand learner goals and explain course features and curriculum
- Guide learners on enrollment process and program benefits
- Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
Required Skills:
- Good English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel and email handling
- Professional handling of student queries
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated approach
