Key responsibilities:

• Execute cold and warm email marketing campaigns
• Build and validate targeted B2B/B2C lead lists
• Set up and manage email outreach tools and workflows
• Write and optimize email copy, subject lines, and CTAs
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversions
• Maintain list hygiene and email deliverability standards
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead handover and feedback

Required skills & experience:

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing or lead generation
• Ability to write persuasive, conversion-focused email copy
• Self-driven and comfortable working remotely with deadlines

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience with digital marketing or SaaS agencies
• Experience working on a per-lead or performance-based model

Contract details:

• Fully remote with flexible working hours
• Project-based or monthly retainer
