Key Responsibilities
Lead Engagement & Qualification
- Make 100-150 cold calls daily
- Engage leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media
- Qualify prospects using Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline framework
- Understand pain points and transformation goals
Appointment Setting
- Schedule 5-6 qualified appointments daily for Sales Closers
- Maintain detailed CRM records
- Send confirmations and reminders
- Achieve 60-80%+ show-up rate
Pipeline Management
- Nurture leads across multiple touchpoints
- Handle objections confidently
- Coordinate seamless handoff to sales team
- Submit daily performance reports
Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in appointment setting / inside sales / BDR
- Strong Hindi & English communication skills
- Proven appointment target achievement
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach
- CRM, Google Workspace & WhatsApp Business proficiency
- Resilient, target-driven, persuasive personality
