We are hiring a Project Manager to handle publishing projects, coordinate with authors and teams, and ensure timely delivery with high quality. Candidates with publishing industry experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and manage publishing projects with internal teams

• Handle multiple projects independently

• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion

• Coordinate with authors, freelancers, and printers

• Review and approve work from teams and freelancers

• Create schedules, budgets, and cost estimates

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Take full ownership of project quality and delivery

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience (publishing experience preferred)

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

• Basic computer knowledge

• Strong communication and coordination skills
