Daily Work Responsibilities

You will speak with families who asked about Razano services. You will follow up and help them with support and booking updates.

Your daily work may include:

• Follow-up calls with families
• Post service feedback calls
• Updating Google Sheet records
• Handling WhatsApp group activities
• Sharing elder care information
• Supporting booking coordination
• Reconnecting old customers

Skills Needed

Candidates should have simple and polite communication. Hindi and English both should be comfortable.
