Role Snapshot:
-
handle end-to-end hiring tasks for clients
-
source and screen candidates for IT and non-IT roles
-
coordinate interviews and follow up with stakeholders
-
maintain candidate pipelines and update trackers
Key Tasks:
-
perform outbound sourcing and outreach on job portals and LinkedIn
-
screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
-
update recruitment records in Google Sheets or ATS
-
achieve weekly outreach and shortlisting targets
Must-Haves:
-
fluent English communication preferred
-
basic computer skills and Google Sheets familiarity
-
target-driven attitude and ability to work night/odd shifts if required
-
own laptop and stable internet
