About the Role

The company operates high-value finance and technology platforms. The selected candidate will help improve ad revenue and optimize the complete monetization setup. This is a technical role focused on publisher-side advertising systems.

Important Note

This position is for an AdOps and publisher monetization expert. It is not for media buyers. It is not for Google Ads campaign managers. Experience in website inventory monetization is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct a full audit of the current ad setup
  • Fix Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) issues
  • Optimize ad lazy loading performance
  • Migrate the setup to Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Build a strong ad unit structure
  • Implement and configure Header Bidding using Prebid.js
  • Set up Open Bidding solutions
  • Configure dynamic floor pricing
  • Implement viewability-based ad refresh systems
  • Ensure compliance with network policies and guidelines

Required Skills

  • Experience in AdOps and yield optimization
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic monetization
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ad Manager (GAM)
  • Understanding of AdSense policies and compliance
  • Experience implementing Header Bidding solutions
  • Knowledge of site speed optimization
