Hiring Details:

• Total openings: 20 positions available
• Process includes Ecommerce and Food Delivery customer support
• Work from home role with rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries through calls and chat support
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues
• Maintain professional communication and service standards
• Record and document customer interactions properly
• Follow company procedures and service guidelines

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Rotational shifts including night shifts
• 6 working days per week
• 1 rotational weekly off

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate preferred
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Good communication in English and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge required

Work From Home Requirements:

• Personal laptop with i5 processor or AMD Ryzen 5 or above
• Minimum 50 Mbps WiFi speed required
• Stable internet connection and quiet workspace
