This role is for candidates who can speak clearly and handle customer calls with confidence. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will help solve their queries in a polite and professional way.

What You Will Do

• Handle domestic voice calls
• Support customers with their queries
• Give proper solutions and service
• Maintain good customer satisfaction
• Work in a fast-paced voice process
• Communicate clearly in English and Hindi

Home Setup Required

• Laptop or desktop with Intel Core i5 or equivalent and above
• Minimum 8 GB RAM
• Windows 10 or higher
• Stable Wi-Fi with minimum 40 Mbps
• Power backup like inverter or generator
• USB headset and webcam

Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 10+2
• Graduation not required
• Good verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
• Aadhaar card and PAN card required
• Freshers can also apply

Salary Structure

• Gross Salary: ₹15K to ₹18K CTC per month
• In-Hand Salary: ₹11K to ₹14K per month
• Final salary depends on communication skills and interview performance
