TP is hiring Customer Support Executives for the Flipkart Voice Process. This is a work from home position. The hiring office is in Delhi NCR but the role itself is remote. The company has 30 openings for this position.
This is an inbound voice support process. You will handle customer queries on calls. You will provide the right information and help solve customer concerns. The role also needs good customer handling and professional communication.
The company is open to freshers and experienced candidates. Only graduates can apply. Immediate joining is mentioned for this opening. The contract period is 3 months.

This is a remote role so system requirements are important. Candidates must have a desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 9th Gen or 10th Gen or above. Minimum 8 GB RAM is needed. Storage should be at least 100 GB HDD. An 18.5-inch monitor is required. Windows 11 and a USB headset are also needed. Stable broadband internet with 100 Mbps is mandatory.
