What You Will Do

You will handle inbound voice calls. You will support customers with queries and issues. You will follow company process carefully. You will keep communication clear and polite.

Main Requirements

• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Minimum higher secondary education
• Minimum 25 WPM typing speed
• 90% accuracy in typing test
• Versant 3 or above
• Age limit up to 40
• Freshers are welcome
• BPO experience is helpful

Interview Process

• HR round over video call
• Aadhaar is mandatory for WFH process
• Client round over Google Meet
• Selfie with Aadhaar is required

System Needs

• Windows 10 or 11
• Windows Pro or Education version
• RAM 10 GB or above
• Core i5 or above
• 7th generation or above
• Stable internet with minimum 20 Mbps
• Power backup
• Noise cancellation USB headset

• Experience letter and payslips for experienced candidates

Salary and Benefits
