This role is for Non IT International BPO hiring. The company wants candidates with 3 to 6 months of recruitment sourcing experience. Experience with clients like Accenture Infosys Concentrix Sagility or Alorica is preferred.
You will source candidates from job portals based on company requirements. You will screen resumes contact suitable candidates and assess their communication skills aptitude and experience. You will also arrange interviews with the hiring company.
The role needs good communication and relationship building skills. Candidates should be comfortable with end-to-end recruitment work. Basic computer knowledge is also needed for this role.
