<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>✓ Source candidates for EPC roles (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, HSE, QA/QC, Commissioning)<br />✓ Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including screening, interviews & negotiation<br />✓ Build relationships with EPC companies and project stakeholders<br />✓ Provide market insights, salary benchmarks & recruitment advice<br />✓ Identify new business opportunities and pitch recruitment services</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>✓ 2+ years' recruitment experience in EPC/Oil & Gas/Energy<br />✓ Strong understanding of technical engineering roles<br />✓ Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, networking)<br />✓ Strong communication, negotiation & client-handling skills<br />✓ Ability to work in a target-driven remote environment</p>
<p><strong>Additional Skills</strong></p>
<p>✓ Experience with EPC contractors or engineering consultancies<br />✓ HR or recruitment certifications (preferred)</p>
