<p><strong>Key Responsibilities & Sales Work</strong></p>

<li>Perform daily outreach to landlords using provided tools</li>
<li>Call and follow up with leads via phone and WhatsApp</li>
<li>Pitch property management and tenant services</li>
<li>Close deals and generate revenue</li>
<li>Manage lead pipeline and update records</li>
<li>Handle tenant placement leads after training</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Eligibility & Skills Required</strong></p>

<li>Fluent English communication (spoken & written)</li>
<li>Sales or lead generation experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Comfortable working night/overnight shifts (EST hours)</li>
<li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li>
<li>Basic computer knowledge</li>
