You will work on US mortgage cases. You must have live underwriting experience. You should also know 4 Cs and related mortgage work.
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>

<li>Review mortgage files.</li>
<li>Do live underwriting work.</li>
<li>Check income and documents.</li>
<li>Handle US mortgage cases.</li>
<li>Support post closing activities.</li>
<li>Work on mortgage servicing tasks.</li>
<li>Maintain underwriting quality.</li>
<li>Follow company process and timelines.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of experience.</li>
<li>Experience in live underwriting is required.</li>
<li>Knowledge of 4 Cs is required.</li>
<li>Experience in US mortgage work is preferred.</li>
<li>Good understanding of residential mortgage files.</li>
<li>Good communication and attention to detail.</li>
