This is a night shift voice support work. You will talk with customers in a polite way. You will also handle emails and update records. The company wants people who can work independently and meet targets.

Work Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Give clear and polite answers to customers
• Solve customer issues and record details
• Reply to emails quickly
• Escalate issues when needed
• Update internal systems
• Maintain response time and ticket closure quality

Requirements

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• 1 to 3 years of BPO or customer support experience is a plus
• Freshers with strong English can also apply
• Must be ready for night shift
• Must have a Windows 11 or above laptop
• i5 processor or higher
• 16 GB RAM
• LAN internet connection only
• Dual monitor preferred
• Quiet space for calls
• Ability to work independently
