Key Responsibilities
- Prepare students for visa and university interviews
- Conduct mock and practice interview sessions
- Guide students on common visa interview questions
- Review student profiles and supporting documents
- Provide feedback to improve confidence and communication
- Explain embassy interview process and etiquette
- Identify interview challenges and coach students
- Coordinate with counsellors and documentation teams
- Maintain records and track student progress
Skills & Eligibility
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of student visa interview process
- Understanding of visa rules and embassy guidelines
- Ability to train, guide, and motivate students
- Attention to detail and record management
