About the Role

This role is suitable for candidates who want to build a career in customer support and application support. Work includes helping users through calls, chat, and email while solving basic technical issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support via calls, emails, and chat
• Troubleshoot basic application issues
• Handle and resolve support tickets (SLA based)
• Log bugs, queries, and updates
• Communicate clearly with clients
• Maintain daily support reports and logs

Required Skills

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer systems
• Strong customer service mindset
• Attention to detail and problem-solving
• Comfortable with rotational shifts

Eligibility

• Graduate (any discipline)
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
• Freshers can also apply with good communication skills

Work Environment
