About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Provide support via calls, emails, and chat
- Troubleshoot basic application issues
- Handle and resolve support tickets (SLA based)
- Log bugs, queries, and updates
- Communicate clearly with clients
- Maintain daily support reports and logs
Required Skills
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer systems
- Strong customer service mindset
- Attention to detail and problem-solving
- Comfortable with rotational shifts

- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
