Looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle international customers. You will support clients via calls, emails, and chat while working from home during night shifts.
<strong>Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Take inbound and make outbound calls to customers</li>
<li>Answer emails and chats from international clients</li>
<li>Solve technical and service-related problems</li>
<li>Keep CRM records updated</li>
<li>Ensure customers are happy with the support</li>
</ul>
<strong>Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>IT or technical background preferred</li>
<li>Minimum 1 year experience</li>
<li>Speak and write English well</li>
<li>Good communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Can work night shifts</li>
<li>Self-motivated and target-driven</li>
