- Handle reservations through calls, email, and booking platforms
- Provide clear information on prices, availability, and packages
- Manage inquiries, booking updates, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate booking records with professionalism
Eligibility & Skills
- 12th pass minimum (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer & MS Office knowledge
