The position is target-based. Candidates should be comfortable making daily cold calls and working towards monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Find cafes and restaurants without websites.
- Collect contact details of potential clients.
- Make 50–100 cold calls daily.
- Speak with cafe and restaurant owners.
- Explain the app and its features.
- Handle objections and record refusal reasons.
- Convert interested businesses into verified deals.
- Maintain accurate lead information.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of sales or telecalling experience is mandatory.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
- Own smartphone is required.
- Stable internet connection is required.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
- Candidates should be serious about target-based work.
Payout Structure
- Listed monthly payout: ₹10K–₹15K.
- Target: 20 verified deals per month.
- Payment is processed after the full 20-deal target is completed and verified.
- Partial payment is not applicable for incomplete targets.
- Payment is made through Bank or UPI.
- Payout is expected within 24–48 hours after verification.
Data Privacy
- Cafe and restaurant data must be kept confidential.
- Company data must not be shared with unauthorised persons.
