Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via voice calls, chat, or email as per process

Skills & Eligibility

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to handle customer queries with patience
