Work Schedule

  • 5 days working

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer calls in voice process
  • Resolve customer queries politely
  • Provide correct information to customers
  • Maintain basic call records

Eligibility & Skills

  • Any graduate can apply
  • Fresher and experience both eligible
  • Basic English communication required
  • Hindi speaking mandatory
  • Voice process knowledge preferred
