This is voice support role. Person will handle calls from customers. Work includes listening, understanding and giving solution. Growth is possible if performance is good.
Salary Details
Monthly take home salary is ₹22,000. Attendance bonus ₹3,500 extra. Incentives can go up to ₹80,000 based on performance.
Work Responsibility
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls
- Solve customer problems quickly
- Maintain call records properly
- Coordinate with team when needed
- Achieve daily and monthly targets
Who Can Apply
- 12th pass or above
- Minimum 1 year experience required
- Good English and Hindi speaking
- Comfortable with shift timing
