Integrity People NGO is hiring for Fundraising Intern in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is a hybrid internship. The role is open for full-time or part-time internship candidates. The organization works in education livelihood support community development environment and volunteer engagement.
This internship is for candidates who want to build experience in fundraising and the social impact sector. You will work with the leadership team and support donor engagement proposal writing and partnership development. The role is suitable for students graduates and postgraduates who are interested in NGO work.
The work includes fundraising research donor communication and support for campaigns. You may also help with sponsorship documents grant opportunities and donor reports. The role needs someone who can communicate well and stay organized.
Responsibilities
- Research donors companies foundations and CSR opportunities
- Support fundraising proposals presentations and sponsorship documents
- Identify grant and funding opportunities
- Build and maintain donor and partner relationships
- Coordinate meetings follow-ups and fundraising communication
- Maintain donor records and fundraising reports
- Support fundraising campaigns and events
- Help create fundraising content for social media and digital campaigns
- Share ideas to improve fundraising and donor engagement
Candidates can be final-year students graduates or postgraduates from any discipline. Good communication in English and Tamil is required. Basic Microsoft Office or Google Workspace knowledge is also needed.
The organization is looking for someone who is willing to learn and work in a team. Good time management and interest in social impact work are important for this internship.
