Intellics Global Services Mumbai is hiring Female Domestic IT Recruiters. This is a full-time work from home position. Candidates from anywhere in India can apply. Immediate joiners are preferred.

The company is looking for experienced IT recruiters who have worked on technical hiring. You should have good communication skills and strong knowledge of IT technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment.
• Source and screen IT candidates.
• Manage contract and permanent hiring.
• Coordinate with clients and candidates.
• Match candidates with job requirements.
• Maintain recruitment records.
• Complete hiring within timelines.

Eligibility

• B.Sc. (Computers) BCA MCA B.Tech or BE.
• Experience of 2 to 5 years.
• Gap of 6 months to 1 year is acceptable.
• Good knowledge of IT technologies.
• Experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
• Experience in contract and permanent hiring.
• Good communication skills.
• Must have worked with large clients.
• Immediate joining within 7 days is preferred.

Work Requirements

• Own Laptop or Desktop.
• Stable WiFi internet connection.
• Working hours 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
• 2nd and 4th Saturday off.
• Every Sunday off.
