Role Overview

This role is for a recruiter with hands-on US IT staffing experience. You will manage the full recruitment cycle. You will source, screen, submit, and help with onboarding. The role needs strong W2 sourcing knowledge and good client handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Source IT candidates only on a W2 basis.
• Handle full recruitment for technical roles.
• Work on Cloud, Cybersecurity, DevOps, Full-Stack, AI/ML, and Healthcare IT roles.
• Use Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and ATS tools.
• Screen candidates for technical fit and work authorization.
• Discuss W2 pay rates and contract terms.
• Submit qualified profiles to Tier 1 clients.
• Maintain candidate records and submission tracking.
• Build strong candidate relationships.

Required Skills

• 1 to 5 years of US IT staffing experience.
• Strong W2 sourcing and placement experience.
• Experience with Tier 1 clients or large enterprise accounts.
• Good understanding of W2 terms and tax impact.
• Knowledge of visa types like H1B, OPT, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, TN, and USC.
• Strong Boolean search skills.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple roles at once.
• Comfortable with US night shifts.

Good to Have

• Experience in Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, or Data Engineering roles.
• A network of W2-eligible IT candidates.
• Experience with Manatal, Bullhorn, JobDiva, or similar ATS tools.
