TP is hiring Hindi & English Customer Support Executives for the Voice Process. This is a full-time hybrid role. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. You will support customers through calls and help solve their queries.

You will talk with customers in a polite way. You will understand their problems and provide the right solution. You will also update customer details in the company system.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls.
• Solve customer queries.
• Provide support through voice process.
• Maintain customer records.
• Update CRM details.
• Work with team members.

Eligibility

• Any Graduate can apply.
• Freshers are welcome.
• Undergraduate candidates with 6 months of experience can also apply.
• Experience of 0 to 5 years.
• Good English communication skills.
• Hindi language is an advantage.
• Ready to work in rotational shifts.
• Ready to work in night shifts if required.

• 8 GB RAM or above.
