THR Consultants is hiring HR Recruiters for BPO client hiring. The position offers permanent work from home on a Pan-India basis. Candidates with at least 6 months of recruitment experience can apply.

Experience: 1 to 5 years

Salary: ₹1.25 to ₹3 Lacs per annum

The position is for recruitment and staffing work. BPO hiring experience is preferred. Freshers are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO clients.
• Source candidates through job portals and online platforms.
• Use Naukri, Shine, Times Jobs, and other job boards.
• Screen resumes and conduct candidate interviews.
• Understand hiring requirements in detail.
• Identify candidates who match client requirements.
• Submit suitable profiles within required timelines.
• Manage candidates through the full hiring process.
• Follow up until candidate joining.
• Build and maintain candidate databases.
• Use headhunting, referrals, networking, and online sourcing.
• Handle salary negotiation and candidate closing.
• Work closely with the recruitment team.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of recruitment experience.
• Experience with a consultancy or staffing company is required.
• BPO hiring experience is preferred.
• BPO, BFSI, and insurance client hiring exposure is preferred.
• Good knowledge of job portals.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment.
• Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.
• Ability to work independently from home.
