OnDigi Solutions is hiring a Freelance Sales & Enquiry Conversion Consultant to handle enquiries from UK families seeking home care. The role focuses on qualifying leads, booking assessments and converting enquiries into clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond quickly to enquiries by phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Understand care needs, urgency, location, hours and budget.
- Book assessments and consultations.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Update CRM records and report weekly conversions.
- Identify campaigns generating quality leads.
- Handle sensitive conversations with empathy.
Requirements
- Telesales, appointment-setting or phone sales experience.
- Fluent, natural spoken English suitable for UK customers.
- Reliable internet, phone/headset and quiet workspace.
- Availability during UK hours.
- Home care, healthcare or insurance experience is an advantage.
