Young Minds Technology Solutions is hiring a Sales & Support Executive for its Petrosoft application. The role combines sales, customer onboarding, product support and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and handle sales activities.
- Explain product features and demonstrate the application.
- Support customer onboarding and usage.
- Conduct customer satisfaction calls.
- Handle pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Manage negotiations, sales closures and follow-ups.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate customer issues with internal teams.
Requirements
- Good communication and sales skills.
- Sales or customer support experience preferred, especially in software/technology.
- Ability to work independently remotely.
- Willingness to travel for client visits when required.
