Tacova Studios is a video clipping agency that turns long videos and podcasts into short clips. Its content serves creators, businesses, personal brands and production houses.
The company is looking for someone who can edit engaging short videos, manage social media posts and track content performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos.
- Add captions, hooks, music and transitions.
- Schedule and publish clips on Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other platforms.
- Write captions and hashtags.
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Track video views and report monthly performance.
Requirements
- Experience with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar editing tools.
- Good understanding of video hooks, pacing and trending formats.
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and YouTube Shorts reach.
- Ability to meet deadlines independently.
- Portfolio and sample reels are required.
Salary and Performance-Based Earnings
- Fixed monthly salary will be discussed and agreed upon during the interview.
- Additional earnings depend on the number of videos posted and the views they generate.
- Only clips that meet the company's quality standards count toward performance-based earnings.
