<li>Call and follow up with leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email</li>
<li>Understand student needs and suggest suitable courses</li>
<li>Convert inquiries into paid enrollments</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Lead Generation & Outreach</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Generate leads through social media and referrals</li>
<li>Build a strong pipeline of interested students</li>
<li>Identify new outreach opportunities</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Counseling & Reporting</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Guide students about courses and career benefits</li>
<li>Maintain lead data and update trackers</li>
<li>Share daily or weekly performance reports</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Who Can Apply</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Graduate in any discipline</li>
<li>Experience in counseling, sales, or telecalling preferred</li>
<li>Strong communication skills (English + Malayalam preferred)</li>
