<p>Ensure ROC compliance and company registration procedures</p>

<p>Manage ESI, PF, Professional Tax, and Shop Act compliances</p>

<p>Conduct audits (tax audits, statutory audits) and maintain books</p>
</li>

<p>Attend scrutiny, hearings, and appeals related to GST/Income Tax</p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Review vouchers, invoices, and purchase files monthly</p>
