The role involves understanding student needs, building trust, and helping them make informed decisions through calls and online communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students and legal professionals in choosing suitable law programs
- Understand career goals and recommend the right courses
- Build relationships via calls, WhatsApp, email, and Zoom
- Follow up with leads and support them in decision-making
- Maintain records of prospects and admissions using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets
- Ensure a smooth and positive student experience
Eligibility & Skills Required
- 3–10 years of experience in counselling, admissions, or education sales
- Background in law is preferred
- Strong communication and persuasion skills (English + Hindi preferred)
- Ability to understand student needs and provide guidance
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
