Blurbpoint Media is expanding its creative team and searching for a performance-focused designer who understands paid ads. This role is perfect for someone who can blend AI tools with manual creativity to produce high-converting visuals.

Work Schedule

• Shift timing: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST
• Portfolio submission is mandatory
• Agency experience preferred (2–3 years)

Your Day-to-Day Work

• Design high-performing creatives for Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Produce UGC-style videos and short-form ad creatives
• Collaborate with media buying and marketing teams
• Use AI tools to speed up creative production while maintaining quality
• Test and optimize creatives based on performance data
• Deliver multiple creative variations within deadlines

Tools & Expertise Expected

• Hands-on experience with AI tools like Midjourney, Runway, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio, Synthesia, CapCut AI
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva Pro
• Experience creating ad creatives for A/B testing
• Solid understanding of paid ads creative strategy
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency setup
