<strong>Candidate Profile:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field</li>
<li>0–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations</li>
<li>Freshers with relevant HR skills can also apply</li>
<li>Organized, proactive and detail-oriented mindset</li>
</ul>
<strong>Role Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Identify and connect with quality candidates across different industries</li>
<li>Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews</li>
<li>Coordinate with companies to understand hiring requirements</li>
<li>Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment process</li>
<li>Assist in leadership hiring and talent advisory assignments</li>
</ul>
<strong>Skills & Tools:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of Zoho and HR automation tools</li>
<li>Familiarity with MS Office and ATS platforms</li>
<li>Strong communication and coordination skills</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks</li>
