Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
• 0–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Operations
• Freshers with relevant HR skills can also apply
• Organized, proactive and detail-oriented mindset

Role Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with quality candidates across different industries
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews
• Coordinate with companies to understand hiring requirements
• Manage candidate pipeline and recruitment process
• Assist in leadership hiring and talent advisory assignments

Skills & Tools:

• Knowledge of Zoho and HR automation tools
• Familiarity with MS Office and ATS platforms
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks
