Role Summary:

• Work on Resident 360 mobile application growth
• Field-based marketing and merchant onboarding
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Own bike is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive mobile app downloads through field marketing
• Onboard retail shops, offices and local merchants
• Promote app features and demonstrate usage
• Guide and manage small field team
• Achieve daily and monthly targets
• Build strong merchant and household relationships
• Submit regular activity and performance reports

Preferred Background:

• Experience in merchant onboarding or banking sales
• Knowledge of digital app promotion campaigns
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Team handling experience preferred
