This is a blended support process. You will handle customer queries through chat and calls. Good communication and problem-solving skills are important.

The company offers a fixed part-time work schedule with rotational shifts.

<li>5.5 working hours daily</li>
<li>6 working days</li>
<li>1 rotational week off</li>
<li>Rotational shifts</li>
<li>Permanent work from home</li>

<strong>Laptop And Internet Requirements</strong>
Candidates must have their own laptop and proper internet setup. Desktop and MacBook are not allowed.
