About This Work

This is chat process work. No calling is required in most cases. You have to reply to customer queries on chat and help them. Work is simple but needs good English typing and understanding. This role is fully work from home.

Job Responsibilities

• Reply to customer queries on chat
• Give correct and simple answers
• Handle multiple chats at same time
• Maintain polite and professional replies

Eligibility Criteria

• Fresher and experienced both can apply
• Good English speaking and typing skill
• Must have own laptop and WiFi connection
• Basic computer knowledge required
