<strong>About the Role</strong>
A remote Chat Support Executive position is open for candidates across India. This is a non-voice customer support role where you will assist customers through chat. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Handle customer queries through chat.</li>
<li>Provide accurate and timely responses.</li>
<li>Maintain professional written communication.</li>
<li>Resolve customer concerns as per company guidelines.</li>
<li>Deliver quality customer support.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
<ul>
<li>12th Pass or above.</li>
<li>Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.</li>
<li>Good written English communication skills.</li>
<li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Work Schedule</strong>
<ul>
<li>6 days working.</li>
<li>1 rotational weekly off.</li>
</ul>
<strong>System Requirements</strong>
<ul>
<li>Laptop only (Desktop and MacBook are not allowed).</li>
<li>Minimum 8 GB RAM.</li>
<li>Minimum 256 GB storage.</li>
<li>Stable internet connection with at least 40 Mbps speed.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Training</strong>
<ul>
<li>10 days of training.</li>
<li>Stipend: ₹100 per day.</li>
<li>30 days of On-the-Job Training (OJT).</li>
