Key Responsibilities
- Make 60+ outbound calls every day.
- Reply to leads through WhatsApp and messaging platforms.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Answer customer queries.
- Book clinic appointments.
- Update lead trackers in Excel.
- Join weekly online check-ins.
Eligibility
- Fluent English communication is required.
- Good spoken and written English.
- Basic Excel knowledge.
- Prior telecalling experience is preferred.
- Chat support experience is preferred.
- Sales experience is preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
