<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Handle inbound calls from US customers</li>
<li>Provide accurate solutions to customer queries</li>
<li>Maintain call quality and CSAT score</li>
<li>Update customer records</li>
<li>Follow company SOPs</li>
<li>Deliver professional customer support</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility</strong>
<ul>
<li>2 to 4 years of experience in US Voice BPO</li>
<li>Minimum 3 years of US inbound voice process experience preferred</li>
<li>Any Graduate can apply</li>
<li>Freshers cannot apply</li>
<li>No career gaps</li>
<li>Personal laptop and stable Wi-Fi connection are mandatory</li>
<li>Excellent spoken English is required</li>
