About the Role
We are seeking Freelance / Adhoc Customer Support Executives who can assist customers with their technical and non-technical queries over phone, chat, or email on a flexible engagement basis. This role is ideal for professionals looking for short-term, part-time, or project-based customer support work.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
· Provide support for both technical and non-technical issues.
· Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem-solving.
· Manage chat or call-based support as assigned.
· Maintain records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
Requirements
· Graduate or Result Awaited.
· Prior experience in customer service (voice/chat) will be an added advantage.
· Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
· Basic computer literacy and ability to multitask.
· Customer-centric mindset and proactive attitude.
· Type: Freelance / Adhoc / On-demand support
· Work Mode: Remote or on-site (as per requirement)
· Shift Timings: Flexible / Based on project need
· Duration: Project-based or hourly engagement
