Job Description
Infosys is seeking candidates for its Digital Workplace Services team. The role focuses on enterprise endpoint management, desktop administration, device security and digital workplace technologies.
Candidates should have hands-on knowledge of Microsoft endpoint management tools, Windows administration and Microsoft 365. Strong troubleshooting, analytical and customer-service skills are important for this role.

- Troubleshooting desktop, mobility and workplace technologies.
Preferred Skills
- VMware Workspace ONE or Citrix.
- Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
- Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- PowerShell scripting and automation.
- ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
Soft Skills
- Strong customer-service orientation.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.

- Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102).
