NCR Eduservices is hiring an English Evaluator for its EdTech team. The position focuses on checking phonics-based reading and pronunciation sessions by teachers from the US and UK.
The evaluator will assess sessions, provide feedback and maintain evaluation records. Strong knowledge of phonics and English communication is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions.
- Check sessions against set rubrics.
- Provide constructive teacher feedback.
- Maintain evaluation and feedback records.
- Join training and calibration sessions.
- Apply consistent evaluation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics or a related field.
- Strong understanding of phonics.
- Knowledge of US and UK phonics standards.
- Excellent written and verbal English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and feedback skills.
- Knowledge of digital evaluation tools.
- Ability to work independently.
Preferred
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification.
- Online education or e-learning experience.
- Phonics, language teaching or teacher training experience.
