<strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>

<li>Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions.</li>
<li>Review teacher performance using evaluation guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide clear and constructive feedback.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate evaluation records.</li>
<li>Attend training and calibration sessions.</li>
<li>Apply phonics knowledge during evaluations.</li>
<li>Ensure consistency in quality assessment.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Eligibility Criteria</strong>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.</li>
<li>Only freshers can apply.</li>
<li>Good knowledge of English grammar and pronunciation.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of US and UK phonics is preferred.</li>
<li>Strong communication and analytical skills.</li>
<li>Willingness to learn.</li>
