This is a work-from-home opportunity for fresh graduates. You will review recorded English sessions and provide feedback to maintain teaching quality.

Job Responsibilities

• Evaluate recorded reading and pronunciation sessions.
• Review teacher performance using evaluation guidelines.
• Provide clear and constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate evaluation records.
• Attend training and calibration sessions.
• Apply phonics knowledge during evaluations.
• Ensure consistency in quality assessment.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Only freshers can apply.
• Good knowledge of English grammar and pronunciation.
• Basic understanding of US and UK phonics is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Willingness to learn.

• Intel i5, i7, or equivalent processor recommended.
• Webcam and headset with microphone.
