Orcapod Consulting Services is hiring female IT Recruiters for a permanent work from home opportunity. Candidates with Domestic IT Recruitment and C2H hiring experience can apply. Women candidates and women returning to work are preferred.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Domestic IT and C2H hiring
• Source candidates through Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate technical interviews with clients and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates until offer acceptance and joining
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Maintain recruitment trackers
• Achieve hiring targets within the defined TAT

Eligibility

• Female candidates only
• 1 to 6 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment or C2H hiring
• Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes
• Hands-on experience with Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn and Boolean Search
• Strong communication, sourcing and negotiation skills
• Laptop and reliable internet connection required
• Ability to work independently from home
• Immediate joiners or candidates available within 15 days preferred
