About the Position

You will manage recruitment activities and hire candidates for different industries. The company is looking for experienced recruiters who can achieve hiring targets. Experience in BPO IT Non IT or International BPO recruitment is preferred.

This opportunity is suitable for candidates who can work independently from home. Good leadership and recruitment skills are important for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end to end recruitment.
• Source and screen candidates.
• Recruit for BPO IT and Non IT positions.
• Manage hiring targets.
• Coordinate with candidates.
• Support the recruitment team.
• Maintain recruitment records.

Salary and Incentives

• Commission of ₹3K for every successful joining during the initial period.
• After achieving the required target within 2 months the salary will be ₹10K to ₹25K per month.

Required Qualifications

• 1 to 6 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in BPO IT Non IT or International BPO hiring.
• Good communication skills.
• Leadership and team handling skills.
• Ability to work independently.
