Position: HR Executive Recruiter
You will handle recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates. The role requires good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
Eligibility:
- 1 to 5 years of experience.
- Experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, tele counselling, or recruitment.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Laptop is mandatory.
- Graduation is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates.
- Conduct recruitment calls.
- Coordinate interviews with candidates.
- Handle bulk and BPO hiring.
- Maintain recruitment records.
- Support the hiring team.
Working Hours:
The work timing is 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. You will work 6 days a week.
