<strong>Position:</strong> HR Executive Recruiter
You will handle recruitment activities and coordinate with candidates. The role requires good communication skills in both Hindi and English.
<strong>Eligibility:</strong>
<ul>
<li>1 to 5 years of experience.</li>
<li>Experience in BPO, telecalling, telesales, tele counselling, or recruitment.</li>
<li>Good Hindi and English communication skills.</li>
<li>Laptop is mandatory.</li>
<li>Graduation is not required.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong>
<ul>
<li>Source and screen candidates.</li>
<li>Conduct recruitment calls.</li>
<li>Coordinate interviews with candidates.</li>
<li>Handle bulk and BPO hiring.</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment records.</li>
<li>Support the hiring team.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Working Hours:</strong>
The work timing is 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. You will work 6 days a week.
